Ethan's professional experience spans various industries, from his early role as an NHS Administrator in Surrey, England, where he gained valuable insights into healthcare administration, to experience in Private Equity Valuations at IK Partners. These diverse experiences have equipped him with a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape and the financial acumen to drive innovative solutions.
Witnessing firsthand the challenges faced by nurses through his family's experiences, Ethan co-founded Cardia Partners with his brother. Cardia Partners is a US-based staffing agency focused on bridging the gap between talented nurses and fulfilling career opportunities.
Ethan is determined to lead Cardia Partners to the forefront of the healthcare staffing industry and showcase its innovative approach, dedication to personalized service, and commitment to empowering both nurses and healthcare organizations.
